You can refrigerate these up to 3 weeks safely. The cream cheese will absolutely not go bad in 3 days.

They love them. I have made these forever. I found it easier to scrap the cookie and separate the cream. I use a rolling pin to get fine as my hubby told me it has to be a dust. Trust me I have blown up many mixer on my candy balls.
